Help with british telecom (BT) needed?

I'm trying to get a number or email to a higher complaints department in BT.

Since the 20th of december i have had problems with my internet i have phoned technical support 29 times and still they are doing nothing about my problem, I have asked them for higher complaints but they keep telling me that i cannot go any higher other than them.

Does anyone know about a complaints procedure?

Thank you in advance.

There are a number of things you can do, first off ask your problem on the forum, quite often one of the moderators will step in and help, or one of us may be able to help you, all BT customers on there with a wealth of help and info.
As for going higher with your problem, on some of the posts you will see the email address for the CEO, which can take a little while to get a result.

Phoning India is a total waste of time, we all agree on that.

Telecom Nz Mobile Phones
Can I use my four channel (850/900/1800/1900) mobile phone on Telecom's mobile network in NZ?

I'm planning to move into NZ and I'd like to buy a prepaid Telecom sim card. As I know I'll have to buy a mobile phone also, because Telecom has a special network.

Hi!,

Yes you can use it but if the netwrok supports out phones or you can get it installed it on that network.

Telecom nz charges -texting/from pc?

does telecom nz charge extra for texting to mobile phones via sierra watcher (t Stick) on 1gb plan

For some strange reason, they charge you for texting from their own website, even if you're on the $10 text plan, 30c per message and you're limited to 30 messages per day from their site....so I'd assume they do charge...

I havent used sierra watcher myself. I dont think your 1gig plan makes a difference, as that is your internet plan. If say, you have to enter your cell phone number to text from the net, your phone will most probably be charged. After all, this is TelecoN we're talking about >_>
