G.722.2 (Amr-Wb) Vocoder Supports Half And Full Duplex Modes

Toronto, Canada -GAO Research Inc. (www.GAOResearch.com) recommends this G.722.2 (AMR-WB) vocoder, which is ITU-T G.722.2 compliant and has passed all ITU-T test vectors. The G.722.2 standard uses a wideband, adaptive multi-rate algorithm. It is available for applications including video phones, audio/video conferencing and media gateways. GAO Research Inc.'s vocoder provides both half and full duplex modes of operation and operates at rates of 6.6kbit/s to 23.85kbit/s. By utilizing a wide bandwidth of 50Hz to 7kHz, the G.722.2 algorithm provides higher-than-toll quality speech; the algorithm is ACELP technology enabled. Both the IP network and the 3G network use the codec which provides seamless interoperability.

All GAO's software are subject to the most stringent quality control procedures, which is reflected in its well structured code, detailed design documentation, and well-defined design and test plans. This ensures ease of integration into the user's system, easy maintenance, and a smooth upgrade path for next-generation products.

Sales Training On The Go

Sales Courses and Sales Training Investment and Cost

Sales courses and sales training is necessary in today's informative and competitive environment. With every investment, there is a cost and a return. An investment in sales courses and sales training for your staff is no different. Sales training without a return on your investment may benefit your staff when they need credentials for a new job, but it won't benefit your company. Sales courses must be chosen with an eye for return.

Investment in sales courses and sales training for your staff demonstrates that you are committed to the betterment of your company and your staff. However, if you choose sales courses and sales training programs that give little credence to your sales staff's current knowledge and abilities, your sales training motivations will falter into resentment from your staff. Sales course content that is merely a reiteration of the staff's current knowledge is wasted investment and will be received with deaf ears. Involving the sales team in the efforts places of sense of ownership of the sales training results, which further motivates the sales team to apply the training they have received to effectuate change. Benchmark your sales before training, and track sales for a year or two after the sales training. Training applied is ROI earned.

If you want to see a return on your investment into sales courses and sales training for your staff, involve your staff in course evaluation and selection, evaluate sales courses on their own merits and compare them to your objectives, consider long-term results of training, follow-up on the training, and consider the company's financial expense involved with the training investment.

Determine whether individual sales training or group training offers a higher return. If the needs of your sales force members starkly contrast with one another, individual training would be more effective. If consistency is imperative, group training will be more profitable. In each scenario, be sure to evaluate salaries and any decrease in sales for the day. In many cases, an office can run more efficiently when individual training sessions are granted rather than group training sessions. Whether you are investing in sales courses and sales training for individual training sessions or group training sessions, consider the costs of location, travel, gas and lunch reimbursement.

When you choose sales courses and sales training for your team, look for value-added benefits. Sales courses may offer sales training follow-up as a value-added benefit. Many sales courses offer train-the-trainer sessions, saving your company from the expense of repeating the sales courses and sales training for new employees. If you have a fast promotional system or a high turnover, a train-the-trainer program can offer substantial savings and benefit and increase your ROI. Ensure that the sales training courses will train your sales staff with material that can be applied continuously throughout their career with your company.

Sales courses and sales training can offer a high return on your training investment if careful consideration is given to need, objective, input, selection, follow-up and expense Sales training is an avenue for continuous company improvement. Continuous company improvement is imperative in today's fast moving business climate. Smart investing in sales force training will give your company a competitive advantage and keep your sales in the fast lane.

ok...so i went through the cutco sales training and own cutco and all of the sales booklets and stuff the thing is right after i finished the training something came up and i couldn't work anymore so i never sold anything... i wanted to know if i could sell cutco on my own without having to go through training again and without having to work at a cutco branch...instead i would like to sell on my own and just get paid off of commission without having to report to a branch person...if anyone knows if this is possible please let me know how

No one has ever wanted to do this. To get the knives at the discount price you have to work for Cutco. You can't buy them at retail and make a profit ( you could but it would be tough).
It would be legal. Cutco wouldn't care what you did as long as they got paid for their knives.

Voip IP PBX equipments

IP PBX is the acronym that stands Internet Protocol Private Branch Exchange and it denotes a telephone system that uses the internet protocol to transmit data. IP PBX is indeed a path-breaking development in telecommunication technologies. IP PBX is more meant for business enterprises that have to regularly contact customers and affiliates sporadically located across the world.

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) gateways are combined with conventional PBX functionality for facilitating businesses to enjoy the advantages of a single network for voice and data with advanced features and which also saves costs and provides greater mobility.

One of the chief attractions of IP PBX is the possibility to make international phone calls in an inexpensive way. Most business companies spend a lot of money for making international and long distance calls and to them all, IP PBX is a veritable boon. Ever since IP PBX technologies emerged, hundreds of companies have managed to cut down their business communication expenses.

Though IP PBX is based on standard PBX, it offers a lot of advanced features including - auto attendant, caller ID, call forwarding, call detail recorder, call waiting, call blocking, call pick-up, call transfer, conferencing, conversation recording, voicemail amongst others. The basic requirement for using IP PBX is the availability of broadband Internet connection. High speed internet is becoming increasingly commonplace and IP PBX is being hailed as the telecom technology of the future. IP PBX solutions are employed on both VoIP to normal telephone systems and on telephone to telephone systems.

A VoIP system consists has many components. First of all, you will need telephones instruments. These phones can be either an IP telephone or a soft-phone residing on a PC. The purpose and role of an IP telephone is not different from a conventional telephone. The soft-phone is a program that runs on your PC and performs all of the same functions of a telephone using your multimedia speakers and microphone plus video in select cases.

For routing calls to and from the phone instruments, you have to install an IP PBX. This performs similar functions as a traditional PBX or Key System. The IP PBX may be described as the server that all of the extension phones are logged in to. Unlike the traditional PBX, most of the features in an IP PBX are stored in the phones and not in the centrally controlled PBX.

A traditional PBX that supports VoIP is usually called a converged system. This means that the PBX supports traditional telephones, IP endpoints, VoIP access to another PBX, remote offsite endpoints or all of these. The equipment for VoIP varies depending on the application. The exact list of equipment depends on the specific requirements of your business.

You can choose from a whole variety of corded VoIP phones, conference phones and WiFi phones. All types of IP phones are fully warranted and work in conjunction with most of the well-known VoIP phone systems. There are also more than thirty different VoIP phone adapters in various configurations available in the market. Whether you are looking for an VoIP adapter for your home, business or to provide to your customers in conjunction with your VoIP service you can find the right adapter.

Besides, there are a number of Fax over IP gateways and appliances to enable you use Fax over IP. If you are in need of a headset, you can also select from a plethora of different VoIP headset of different brands. You will have no difficulty in buying any type of accessories for VoIP system ranging from AC power adapters to cabling, to connection cords, mounts and brackets.

Association Of Network Marketing

Joshua Fuson: A Review About This Highly Successful Network Marketer and How He Can Help You Become Successful

As a network marketer, you may have heard about different kinds of network marketing gurus and their training programs and systems and how they and their system can help you become a better network marketer and become successful.

One particular expert in the network marketing or MLM industry is Joshua Fuson. So, who is Joshua Fuson and how can this network marketing guru help you become a better network marketer and become highly successful in their field?

First of all Joshua Fuson is just basically a regular person just like you and me. He is a devoted husband with two children named Titus and Zeke and he currently resides in the state of Iowa. He loves network marketing and he is really very successful at it.

The concept of service, such as providing service and being able to service others is what he truly love. This means that he loves to help other people get through with their Network Marketing Business. He also enjoys the tools that are associated with network marketing, namely the phone and the internet as well as the mail.

The only difference between him and thousands of network marketers is that he knows the secret to it. He knows how to use the tools of the trade very efficiently and he is also very effective in attracting people who are looking to solve a particular problem.

I didn't know about Joshua Fuson when I started in network marketing the MLM industry but after a brief time of getting rejected and failures, I decided to look for a successful network marketer and learn how they do the business.

This was when I found out about Joshua Fuson and his blog.

Referred to by a lot of people as a master marketer, Joshua Fuson produces great blogs that will really help network marketers like you and me become successful in our respective fields. He knows the system and he knows how to make it work.

His blogs are full of great things that you can learn about doing the business, which is why he is a very popular guru in the network marketing world. He is a realist and views problems in the network marketing world as an opportunity to become more successful.

In fact, he even has this uncanny ability to turn problems in to solutions and liabilities in to assets. The great thing about Joshua Fuson is that he offers his blogs for everyone to view for free.

He is also very aware of what is happening with the economy today and will show you the lighter side of it.

As a network marketer, you know that the current economic situation that the country is in today will mean that it will affect your business in a very negative way. Joshua Fuson can see this and will help you see how you can benefit from this economic situation.

If you want to learn about network marketing and how you can become successful despite the economic problems that the country and each person is experiencing today, I would highly recommend that you should try and learn from Joshua Fuson. He will be able to open you eyes to a wonderful new world, which will be filled with success.

I am sick of cold calling, I am getting burned out....?

I have been doing it as another form of marketing my service.
I network as well at different associations. I cold call as a way of staying productive during down times. I may have to limit myself to 25 calls a day and that's it.

But as of late I just am not motivated to do it. Does this mean I am lazy?

But I love networking and talking to folks in person,it comes natural for me. I attend at least one networking event per week.

It doesn't sound like you are lazy. But you may need a break. I know getting a business going and then keeping it going is really really difficult, but you need to take some time off. Even just a day in the middle of your week will make you feel better. Better yet, take a long weekend and go somewhere and refresh. You won't be doing your business any good if you burn out.

Does any one know anything about Monavie?

Was my wife targeted to buy snake-oil? Dozens of people weigh in.

My wife is an active member in a nation-wide, young adults group. I am a member as well, but I'm not nearly as active (lack of time, plus my Laziness kicks in). The groups' goals are very noble. They aim to help members with public speaking and event planning skills while raising money for charity through local businesses. Recently my wife went to a meeting and was gone longer than usual. I got a little concerned, so I called her to find out how the meeting was going. It turned out that it wasn't a typical meeting any more - one of the members had invited some business acquaintances of his. When she got back, she told me about the meeting. It turned into a presentation of an energy/antioxidant juice called MonaVie.
So would you consider this to be a marketing scam?

Yes, it's a scam. Millions of people in South America drink juice from acai berries every day (In Brazil it's the most popular ice cream flavor), but it does them no more (or less) good than any other fruit juice. Brazil actually has rapidly rising rates of cancer.

It's just another MLM scam, if your wife is near the top of the pyramid, she can get very rich from all the people under her; if she isn't, someone "up top" is getting rich off of her...

What are the best paying jobs for introverts?

I am a complete introvert. Although I don't mind dealing with people (I actually enjoy it). I have a phobia of public speaking. I've always had it since I was younger. whenever I have to do a presentation I tend to rush it so that I can get over with. Although I'd like to work on my public speaking skills, it's draining to have to deal with people on a daily basis and I just don't know what to do about it. I am currently a junior in college. I was thinking of going into HR but it deals with dealing with people on a regular basis and if I want to get to the top I'd have to have exceptional public speaking skills. I want to be successful in life and I want to be able to do a job that will eventually be a 6 figure income. Any ideas? I was thinking engeneering or accounts payable....

*Actuary - No one ever sees these people. They get paid a lot and sit in a room working with statistics all day long.

Which of the following warriors and their men would..?

Reign supreme..?

The following men and 100 of their men/soldiers (yes, only 100, to make it an even playing field) have a year to form a strategy to take out the opposing teams.

They are all fighting in the year 1400 AD, so they all have the same technology that would be available in that era.

Combining their teamwork, with their leaders leadership and commanding skills, which leaders team would win?

*Alexander the Great

*King Leonidas

*Genghis Khan

*William Wallace

*Shaka Zulu

Attila the Hun

Probably Genghis Khan. He was a great man who can organize troops very well. Similar to how the Romans organized the legionnaires, he organized his horsemen into groups of 10, and each 10 groups fall into a commander who oversaw them. What happens is that he got an army of cavalry that was very fluid and very flexible, able to deal with any situation on the battlefield.

Which is better in a President "experience" or "leadership qualities"?

And no there not the same.

As to experience - just take a look at Wall Street and the Banking community.

As to leadership - take a look at Lincoln, who only served a short time in state office, prior to moving to the White House or Alexander the Great - who conquered most of the "known" world while in his 20s.

I have known people who had experience but were bad leaders and those who had no experience but had natural leadership skills - you see it all the time in the military.

You can only gain leadership qualities while gaining experience. McCain has paid his dues, he's served this country half his life.

How Do I Access Newsgroups

Usenet account – your gateway to information!

You will have access to any newsgroup you desire on the newsserver, being able to download the needed information using freeware programs such as Grabit. In the meantime, let’s find out more details on Usenet accounts and what they have to offer.

Setting up your newsserver account is incredibly easy, being offered a period of retention of 180 days (that period being considerably larger when it comes to text groups), a number of 10 connections and free unlimited download. The guaranteed speed is of 12Mbit p/s, the information transmitted is protected through the SSL encryption and the package includes customer supports whenever required. This is basically what a Usenet account offers and you cannot deny that you do not feel interested.

This is not the only type of account you can setup on the newsserver. For those who only want to download from time to time but they require a high speed and high retention, the block XS Usenet account is the best choice. The block sizes vary from as little as 2GB to the impressive 100 GB, the prices offered on the payserver varying accordingly. The retention period remains the same and so do the number of connections included within your account. The speed is unlimited, with the specification that the download limit depends entirely on the block size that you’ve chosen in the first place. Secure SSL encryption is guaranteed as well, just as the customer service. You will have to spend some time analyzing what each account has to offer and decide which one you like best.

In order to download information from any of the newsgroepen (newsgroups), you need to setup your Usenet account. Once that step has been completed, you will need a newsreader program, one that you will use in order to actually download the information from a newsgroup. Grabit is a professional newsreader, one that can be downloaded for free. You will have to install the program and configure the info based on your Usenet account, proceeding from there. The newsreader functions wonderfully, allowing you to download any information you desire from any newsgroep.

If you are curious to discover the speed with which you are downloading, then you can check your payserver account and see the limit specified there (of course, your Internet connection will affect that speed as well). Once again, you should not question the security of the downloaded information, as the SSL encryption guarantees a safe download without any question. If you are not satisfied with Grabit, then you should know that there are other newsreader programs available, such as NewsLeecher. You can try it for a period and decide whether you like it more than the other program. Setup the program and it will start the download from the newsgroups automatically.

Home Improvement Sales Training

Setting Your Goals In Sales Training

It doesn't matter if you are in an auto sales training, TV and radio sales, estate sales or time share sales in my conversations with sales management over the years, I've found that top producers all have one thing in common: they've taken the time to sit down and create goals for themselves and committed to sales training.

Even if during the sales seminar they were skeptical when they started the process of goal setting and planning, every one of them has become a true believer.

What Is A True Believer?

A "True Believer" isn't someone who just works sales leads. They are someone who has been amazed by the incredible power of goal setting and the power of their own mind to be sold on the sales job. Every one of them has accomplished far more than they ever believed possible even if they are in mobile home sales or business sales they are the ones that move up to the top.

It didn't stop with sales goals or material successes. This belief runs deep in all areas of their life. They're convinced of the power of the mind and want share that with the world. They just seem to live in a world that favors them. There life has become an extension of their sales attitude.

Are You Happy With Your Current Training?

I defined happiness in training as, The progressive assimilation of worth while skills that will help me to reach my professional goals. As a sales trainer, I have been working progressively, step-by-step toward making permanent lasting impact on every sales professionals life.

This purpose alone can generate a continuous feeling of success and achievement within me, but if it doesn't translate in your personal sales training it is all for not. The sales game has always been the more people you sell, the more successful you will be. As a sales professional, you have more control of this than almost every other profession. Geoff Thomas a sales associate is found of telling his sales staff, "Your raise is effective just as soon as you are."

I know you can create an environment of happiness for your customer through fabricated rapport skills but a genuine joy for sales will close more deals than you can imagine. Without your skills of salesmanship, there would be nothing for company to do. When you walk out of the office in the evening, it is natural for you to feel like a winner. This goal is well entrenched in the sales experts I know. It also gives you the psychological momentum to overcome obstacles and plough through adversity as you reach your sales goals and assist others.

Sales training more than anything else should have you recharged as you go back out into the world. If the sales seminar doesn't motivate you to work every sales lead more efficiently than why bother.

Does Your Training Connect With Your Values?

Every great trainer has a personal strategic planning process. It usually begins when you determine what you believe in and what you stand for - your values. If your values and the trainers match this is the glue that holds the core concepts of the sales training in place. These values shape our personality and our character as a sales professional.

Your virtues and qualities are the sum total of all your thoughts, actions and beliefs since the moment you were born. Your values, virtues and inner beliefs are the axle around which the wheel of your life turns. All sales improvement begin when you clarify your true values and commit yourself to live consistently with them. It's been said, "You must stand for something, or you will fall for anything!" Great sales trainers know the value of the sales process and believe every prospect they meet can find value in their product or services.

When Attending A Training How Specific Should Your Goals Be?

To achieve success in training you will find trainees are successful because they're very clear and committed to their values and specific outcomes from the training. Unsuccessful trainees are fuzzy or unsure they perhaps were forced to the training without a buy in from the sales manager.

When a training is a complete failure, you'll find that the trainer didn't clearly outline the real values of the training at all. These trainers stand for nothing and hope their audiences fall for everything.

While training the sales staff at Positive Changes, our sales staff had access to a wealth of resources designed to help them succeed in their goals. For instance, use the Sales Mastery series to stimulate your other-than-conscious and keep you on track with specific, clear and organized sales goals. They trained each franchise location to set goals for the day, week and the month. Using these mind trips within themselves helped them to enroll others into its use.

What kind of creative job can I get without any experience?

I have a couple of years of experience in retail sales, and I've worked at hotel front desk jobs. I want a better job. I have a high school diploma. I get excellent evaluations. I can study something on my own at home, but formal training is not realistic at the moment. A job where I am not on my feet for the entire day would be an excellent improvement. Mostly though, I'd like to sit down and actually work at a project. Making a decent wage is also a consideration. Any ideas?
PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO SELL ME A FRANCHISE OR MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING SCHEME!!!

I am preparing to hire telecommuters for customer service and to learn graphic design. I don't appear to have anyway to contact you on this site though. you could email me by the nick name you see on the screen and then @printsmadeeasy dot com

I've managed retail stores and I know how much work that can be and I also worked a hotel desk when I was younger. What I needed as I got older was a way to be home and use the internet, but have a real job, paid good and have some flexibility. Maybe that is the change you need?

Leadership Training Ideas

Leadership training in communication

Before proceeding further into this article first we must know who can be called a leader? There are many notions attached and ideas overflow as soon as one gets to hear the term leader. They quickly associate this person called a leader with dominance, and tyranny. He immediately becomes a person who embezzles people the way he wants because of his position and because of the authority and power with which he has been vested with.

But this is not the case truly. A good leader is a person who can get something done by any person under his guidance by making use of his skills and also by making him do something which he is most willing to do.

Now in a leadership training course in communication, one would learn how to overcome those difficulties and obstructions that come in between the leader and his subordinates. Opting for such a course does not mean that the person is suffering from low confidence level and complete lack of power to communicate. If he or she opts for such a course it is just the reflection of his spirit to perform better and learn or imbibe something different and new that can be improved on implementation.

There are many agencies that work on the development and training of leaders and how to train the leaders in such a way so that they can effectively communicate. The objectives of such courses are discussed briefly below.

The working of communication programs

Firstly as leaders you will be explained how does such a course operate? What are the things that are supposed to be expected from such a course?

Development of active responding skills

In order to be good leaders you should not only be a good speaker or an orator for that matter but also know how to listen to the problems of your subordinates. You will also be taught how to perceive things from the point of view of others who are working under your supervision.

Learning to manager your own assertions and assumptions

You will be taught how to believe and communicate with the decisions and assumptions that you take. Not only is an effective communication with others but with your own self also something worth learning. You will be taught to make an analysis of your own strengths and prowess.
